Released under Microsoft Kids in 1995 for Windows 95, 3D Movie Maker(Abbreviated 3DMM) is technically a 'videogame', but its really a simple animation program with a cartoonish aesthetic. Despite its simple nature, low resolution, 256 color limit, and low frame-rate, you can quite literally make whatever you want with time, patience, and creativity.
